The United Way works to improve the quality of life for everyone in our service area by connecting people who need help with people who want to help.
We coordinate community fundraising and allocations to 13 local agencies and the more than 20 programs they orchestrate, which address community needs in the areas of education, health, and income stabilization.
For 65 years we have been working to improve the quality of life in our community by enhancing the organized capacity of people to care in Adair County and beyond.
Volunteers are an essential part of nonprofit organizations. Our volunteer board helps guide our decisions and ensures we're meeting our mission.
We exist to support our partner agencies. Learn more about how they make a difference, and how the United Way helps.
